Caer Helem

The house was originally a cowshed built in 1883 and part of Llwyngwesion Farm. (Property 28)

The cowshed was converted between 1977 and 1994 to what it is now but is currently been extended and refurbished.

Gareth was the first person to live here followed by Carol and their two daughters. The name “Caerhelem” is from the field name of the top part of their land which abuts the road obtained from the National Library in Aberystwyth’s Tithe maps.
