The current house stands on or close to the site of two small cottages that were demolished when the current dwelling was built.

    Joshua Price age 50, a Tailor,  his wife Elizabeth, age 48, son John, age 15, also a tailor,  4 other children; William age 12, Anne age 9, Thomas age 7 and Elizabeth age 4 and a boarder David Williams age 19, also a tailor
  • 1871
    Joshua Price age 40, a Tailor, his  wife Elizabeth age 37, and 5 children; Mary age 10, David age 8, John age 5, William age 2 and Annie age 2 months
  • 1861
    Thomas Jones, an Agricultural Labourer, with his wife Anne age 21,  a son Edward age 1,  and a daughter Sarah age 3
  • 1851
    Thomas Davies age 51, a Cooper, his  wife Ann age 47, and son John age 21, who is now also a Cooper
  • 1841
    Thomas Davies age 40, a Cooper, his wife Jane age 40, a  daughter Margaret age 13, son John age 10 together with a pauper called Harold Jones aged 65
